Photoshop

Here’s a logo that I finished recently for Wadsworth Leatherworks. Austin Wadsworth is the owner of the company and you can see some of his work here. Overall I think the final result is pretty cool on that leather background. The base logo was created in Illustrator, and the paths were copied into Photoshop as smart objects. The effects were then applied there. These are the vector versions of the logo. The logo above is limited to the size it can be scaled up because it is a raster images that uses pixels. The images below are scaleable to any size.

This tutorial came in handy this past week as it was passed on to me by my bro Pat Gaddis. It’s basically a description on how to make icons for the tab bar on an iPhone. We’re working on an app right now that does something very cool and very top secret.
